Drilling/Miling Details

Available Drill Sizes - 16 mils to 152 mil in 4 mil increments.

Large holes - all drills exceeding 200 mils will be routed out. Routed holes will not be hole plated. Surcharge may apply for routed holes.

Size matching - all drills that is not exact match will be rounded up to the next larger size. For example, 34 mil hole will be drilled 36 mil.

Plated Hole Size - all drill size submitted to us will be the final hole size. We will do necessary calculation to compensate for hole size  reduction from through hole plating

Routing - all routing will be done with 60 mil routing tool.This will also result in internal right angle with turn on 30 mil radius.

Exceeding Hole or Tool Count - when exceeding the promised hole count or number of size used, additional surcharge is applicable.
